Wil continued his Speedweeks run by attending the three day Crate Racin’ USA Dirt Late Model Series events at the East Bay Raceway Park in Tampa, Florida over this past weekend and showed good speed, just needed a little luck on his side. (Brian McLeod photo)

Thursday night, he qualified 4^th of the 75 entrants, ran third in his heat race, won the b-main and then proceeded to charge forward from his 18^th starting spot in the main event to cross the finish line with a solid 6^th place finish when the checkered flag flew.

Friday, he qualified fifth, ran fourth in his heat race and came up one spot short in the b-main from making the feature. 

Saturday, he regrouped, qualified fifth once again, raced from fifth to win his heat race and after starting 4^th in the feature, he got to the lead early, led a majority of the laps, but ended up settling in for a third place finish to round out his weekend at the Clay by the Bay.
